The first in a series of documentaries involving the legendary Arthur Marks produced by END Films, DEEP VOTE: THE ORAL HISTORY OF LINDA LOVELACE FOR PRESIDENT chronicles the making of the film LINDA LOVELACE FOR PRESIDENT and porn star Linda Lovelace’s bid for mainstream stardom with this 1975 exploitation film. An amusing tale, as told by producer and uncredited co-director Arthur Marks, DEEP VOTE is the sole bonus feature on the MPI/Dark Sky Films DVD release of LLFP. Shocking, politically incorrect, bawdy and naughty—this picture satisfies in spite of its short comings. Pun intended.
