END Films is proud to have contributed to Subkultur Entertainment’s new DVD release of Irvin S. Yeaworth’s (THE BLOB) rampaging dino-movie extravaganza, DINOSAURUS! Available for the first-time ever in Germany, our exclusive retrospective documentary, DINOSARUS! EINE MONSTROSE GESCHICHTE features interviews with producer Jack H. Harris, co-star Paul Lukather, dino-expert Donal F. Glut and Keep Watching The Skies author Bill Warren.

On Tuesday, June 21st Shout! Factory will release The Women In Cages Collection, featuring brand-spanking new transfers of some of the most beloved Women In Prison films of all time! For this monumental release, END Films was commissioned to produce the documentary FROM MANILA WITH LOVE; the epic behind-the-scenes story of the double whammy, Filipino-lensed action movies directed by Jack Hill, BIG DOLL HOUSE and THE BIG BIRD CAGE.

Besides Jack Hill, FMWL also features producers Roger Corman and Jane Schaffer alongside screenwriter James Gordon White and actors Sid Haig, Judy Brown, Candice Roman, Teda Bracci and Anitra Ford. The documentary also features footage from a long-lost interview with beloved exploitation movie actress Roberta Collins, shot 7 years before her untimely death.

With a little bit of luck, fast-acting detective work and dedicated help from some industry pros, END Films was able to pull together a brand-new audio commentary for the DVD release of STREETWALKIN‘ – the 1985 Roger Corman-produced action/drama about a throwaway teenage girl and her life as a Time Square prostitute.

Starring Academy Award winner Melissa Leo (THE FIGHTER) in her first starring role, we were thrilled to snag the one-two punch of filmmaking team, Joan Freeman and Robert Alden to share their amazing experience making this film.

“Sometimes, these things just work out”, says END Films founder, Elijah Drenner. “We found Joan and Robert in the nick of time. If there was going to be any kind of bonus features for this release, they needed to be done by May 2nd to make it in time for the authoring of the DVD. It also just so happened, that Robert and Joan were going to be back in Los Angeles in the last week of April and our audio house had time in their schedule to fit us in. It was serendipitous and I must say that their commentary is incredible, funny and inspiring. I cannot wait for people to hear their stories about the making of this film.”

Shout! Factory’s DVD release is slated for August of 2011.
